the proof is in the pudding (or in this case, on slide 3!)

in all honesty, there are a lot of great agents around here. but from day one I decided I was going to go against the grain and do things my own way, because I think that's what locals deserve.

in the end it's all about holding myself to a higher standard so that clients don't walk away from me thinking agents will do anything for a commission check or forget me altogether because we never really connected.

I'm not for everyone, and I'm ok with that. I'm for the Woodbridge & surrounding area locals who want a real estate experience that feels like a breath of fresh air, so if that's you, follow along and say hi!

If I had a dollar for every time someone told me they were "almost ready" to buy their first home... I could probably buy the house myself.

Here's what I've noticed after working with a lot of first-time buyers in and around Woodbridge, VA. The ones who kept waiting for the perfect moment are still waiting.

But the ones who called me and said "I don't even know if I'm ready but can we just talk" have the keys to their very own home.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. Genuinely. Half my job is helping you figure out what you don't know yet, so nothing blindsides you later.

like...Cinco de Mayo, end of school events for parents (spirit week, field day, and teacher appreciation week), sports, events with friends, graduations, Mother's Day, Memorial Day...what am I forgetting?

and if that's not enough to juggle, the summer real estate market is also heating up ☀️☀️

I’ll always ask about bedrooms, square footage, and budget...

But I’m also listening for other details that give me the full picture of what you're looking for in a house.

Like when you mention hosting friends and family for holidays, I start keeping my eye out for homes with a bigger dining space or a big island to gather around.

Or when you talk about how tiring it is to take your dog outside on a leash for potty breaks, I know to start looking for a backyard where he'll have enough room to run.

Because a house is more than just four walls, it's the place where your memories will be made.

One of the things I talk about with every seller is this:

Buyers don’t walk into your home and see it the way you do. They don't have the same emotional connection that you have to your home.

They're trying to picture themselves living there. They want to see if it flows well and feels right.
