(Excuse the heavy breathing I was trying to hold my breath for as long as I could without passing out😂😂)

Walked a potential flip property I REALLY WANTED TO ACQUIRE the other day, and I’m not going to lie… I was not expecting what Awaited me on the other side of the door. The smell was horrendous, crap everywhere (LITERALLY), junk in every room but that made me happy because I say the 💰💰💰that was there once I was fixed it up!

Unfortunately I was outbid by some eagerly, over ambitious individuals that at the price they paid is not worth it in the end. All the work and time needed to walk away with 20-25k is not a good investment to me. But I’ve been doing this for awhile that I know you are not going to make every shot, so it’s back out there to find the next property/project.

The market today is CRAZY! I went to walk a potential flip property I saw on the MLS..... in 1 day it had 17 offers from retail buyers. If this was last year buyers would have not touched it, it’s perfect for investors. I’m looking for off market flip opportunities in Northern Virginia. If you have any please send them my way!
