I met Christian at an Open House 5 years ago and he was distraught because of how bad his agent had been on their recent purchase. We built a relationship that hast lasted, and now I help Christian rent and sell his investment properties today.

Work has been wildly busy, Madilyn is 18 and about to go to college, there is an abundance of travel this Summer, so Sam and I wanted to spend the weekend together in DC celebrating 21 years of dealing with my 💩.

🛋️Friday:

We stayed home this night and things got WEIRD when Sam wanted to do the TikTok challenge where you blow all the air out of your lungs and then try to scream. You can see how ours went…🤣

Sam then decided it was time to do what you do when you wait the 5 mins for your Pizza Rolls to finish in the air fryer…stretch on the kitchen floor. 👩‍🍳

🎉Saturday:

We stayed at Riggs in DC, a hotel that used to be a bank and whose bar is in the vault. We did some shopping, had a quick snack, and then toured the Smithsonian art gallery next door.

We arrived back to the room to chilled Champagne (photos commended following) and then hit some miniature golf—I think Sam is now a model for them (have to be pretty if you can’t play the game—sorry, babe!)

🎭We had an amazing dinner and then made the 25 min trek to watch Drunken Shakespear (a lot raunchier than expected).

We took the most epic electric bike ride home—please watch this video of us looking like Lloyd and Harry from Dumb and Dumber—HILARIOUS!🚲

We wrapped our night in vault bar having maritins and even more laughs.❤️

💆‍♂️Sunday:

We spent several hours at a spa with a rooftop pool/hot tubs/bar/DJ to recoup before grocery shopping together for 90 mins. It sounds small, but we haven not done that in a long time due to hectic schedules, and it was nice to be the grocery shopping power couple for a bit. 💪

I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend with the one I love. 😘

2026 is airborne ✈️

3 Closed Properties: (2 sellers & 1 buyer) 🔥

For our sellers we orchestrated contractor work for 🪖VA Lender required repairs (replaced driveways, encapsulated asbestos floors, replaced wood trim damage) and resolved HOA violation fees that were hidden within their resale packet, and achieved a sales price of $50,000 OVER ASKING!💸

For our buyer we negotiated $20,000 in builder credits and actually swapped properties mid-transaction to a higher-end model and STILL closed early!

In the midst of all that we put another seller’s condo Under Contract 🍾

January is typically a slow year, but we closed & contracted $3,114,900 & more to come!
