Helping someone sell their longtime family home calls for a thoughtful, gentle approach. I always ensure my clients fully understand every document they sign and each step of the process, but in these situations, it’s especially important to move at a careful pace—steady, reassuring, and calm. My seller worked very hard to bring her family's 1959 home to market; and, boy, did the market respond. Priced correctly(!) and with professional photography, we had 34 showings, and I lost track of all the phone calls and texts I received.
