Every year, we visit war memorials or Arlington Cemetery to celebrate the holiday for what it means. Both my wife and myself have grandparents who are at Arlington Cemetery and we like to visit and sit with them and share stories with each other and our kids. This also gives us a chance to take it all in, teach our children about people who sacrificed their lives for this country and ground ourselves in our gratitude. Here is a photo dump of our morning at Arlington National Cemetery.

8 years ago Donald trusted me to help him find a condo and I’m honored to say I helped him sell this same condo today. I was just a baby in the picture on the left, Donald was my first completed transaction on my own. He’s relocating to Fredericksburg for a brand new construction that will fit his growing family needs. I’m truly thankful that he has trusted me with THREE transactions now and although they were turbulent at times, he never lost faith in me to deliver exactly what he wanted.

I have now worked with a handful of repeating clients and it’s the best feeling in this profession. Thanks to Donald and the rest of you for allowing me to join in on the journey!

I’ve been going to Spartans Family Restaurant since the week it opened in 1995 and I cherish taking my kids now. It is a staple of Burke. It’s family owned and operated and they’ve always treated me like their own. If you haven’t been, add it to your list and try a gyro, steak and cheese or one of my mom’s favorites the manicotti. I’ll forever remember the moment trying my first milkshake there with client and best friend Peter Duggan. 5 star milkshake with a 5 star friend. I’m a 5 star Realtor, if you’re thinking of moving to Burke…let’s grab a meal at Spartans together and chat real estate!

I love rooting new plants and giving them away as gifts when they’re ready to be potted. I also love cooking and I’m excited to try making some of these Cambodian dishes. First up, I have to make my own Kroeung!
