Happy Settlement Day!! Another Greenbriar house SOLD. Congratulations to Phil and Kristen on the Sale. I helped Phil and Kristen buy their house 8yrs ago. They have made a few nice improvements over the years. When it was time to sell and help them move on to the next adventure, we put a game plan together, executed that plan and Boom!!! Another Greenbriar House SOLD! Congratulations to Marjorie!!!!

Marjorie called me to sell her house. We sat down and put a plan together. When she decided it was time to move on to the next chapter, She was ready to go and didn't miss a beat. She was able to get everything out and move in with her daughter in TN. Once the house was cleared out, I coordinated getting the house power washed, fresh interior paint, new carpet, updated interior door hardware, replaced a few window packs, and staging. and we hit the market. 1 day on the market and 2 great offers came in. Happy Settlement Day. Settlement number 2 of 2 today. Congratulations to Dell and Andy. Dell and Andy reached out to me about selling their townhome in the Fair Ridge area of Fairfax. After discussing a game plan to help get top dollar they decided to go ahead and get the complete interior painted, change some bathroom fixtures, and a deep cleaning. I brought my go to contractors in to make it happen. Now it was time to hit the market. We had 36 showings booked for the weekend by the first day on the Market. We received an offer the first night it was on the market for 50K over list price with 0 contingencies and they decided to take it. Under contract one day on the market!!! Happy Settlement Day. Settlement number 1 of 2 today. Congratulations Ann!!! Anne reached out to me months ago about selling her home townhome in Fair Lakes and let me know she was moving to a retirement community. We walked the home, and we discussed some updates that I suggested. I got my contractors together, got some estimates and then we sat down again to discuss what she wanted to do and she decided to pretty much do most of it which included fresh paint, carpet, bathroom flooring, door k***s, hinges, new appliances, paint the kitchen cabinets, and update some light fixtures. I helped Anne with coordinating all the work and then it was time to hit the market. We received multiple offers was 0 contingencies at 31K over list price in the first weekend.
