Administrative assistant position available immediately. This position will be full time (35+ hours weekly). Responsibilities include answering phones, providing clerical support, filing and assistance with preparing commercial real estate reports and other documentation. Requires good written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and ability to multi-task with little supervision.
Location: Fairfax
Compensation: P/T begins @ $15-$18 per hr.

Bruce W. Reyle & Company, Real Estate Appraisers is seeking an experienced residential real estate appraiser to join our expanding team of staff appraisers.

Persons in these positions are responsible for completing a variety of appraisal products within their assigned territory.

If you have extensive residential appraisal experience within the markets of Northern Virginia, District of Columbia and/or Suburban Maryland and share our commitment to providing a quality product, and are dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, please send your resume to [email protected].

Essential:

Certified Residential Appraiser license in good standing.
3+ years of experience as a residential real estate appraiser is preferred.
Demonstrated history of appraising a wide variety of property types within our market area.
Current member of the FHA Roster and an in-depth familiarity with their appraisal requirements.
Thorough knowledge of the real estate market, neighborhoods and market trends that exist within the county that this position is located.
A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as necessary to complete appraisal assignments.
Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet search skills, math skills, WinTotal appraisal software and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
