We’re on site today at Rocky Ridge Golf Course for the Northern Vermont Realtors Association Charity Golf Tournament!

The BrickKicker of Vermont is proud to sponsor registration for this year’s tournament and help out with the registration process this morning.

We sponsored a target at the Fairfax Firefighters Association annual archery shoot. Three of our BrickKickers are members of the fire department, so it is a natural fit. A day coming together to raise funds for the Association while also having fun! The shoot continues tomorrow at the Sportsmans Club of Franklin County in Swanton from 8-2.

We're excited to welcome Dwight DeCoster to The BrickKicker of Vermont!

Dwight brings a wealth of hands-on experience to our team. Before joining us, he spent years working as a timber framer and in the weatherization industry, giving him a strong understanding of how homes are built, perform, and stand up to Vermont's climate.

In addition to his construction background, Dwight proudly served for many years in the Vermont National Guard, including overseas deployments. His military service reflects the professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail that we value in every inspection.

Closer to home, Dwight dedicated more than 20 years as a volunteer firefighter with the Underhill-Jericho Fire Department, serving and protecting his community with commitment and integrity.

We're proud to have Dwight on our team and know our clients will appreciate his experience, thoroughness, and dedication to doing the job right.

A Belated Welcome to Nick!

While Nick has already been part of The BrickKicker team for several weeks, we realized we never properly introduced him to everyone.

Nick joins us with a unique combination of experience, education, and community service. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and brings a strong technical mindset to every inspection. He is also a local volunteer firefighter, giving him valuable real-world experience with building systems, safety concerns, and how homes perform under demanding conditions.

Over the past few weeks, Nick has been training alongside our team, learning our inspection process, reporting standards, and the level of service our clients have come to expect. His attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to helping people have already made him a great addition to our company.

When he's not inspecting homes, you'll likely find him serving our community through the fire service or spending time with his family.
