Since posting my review, management has addressed several of my concerns. I received a new washing machine, the hallway lights were replaced almost immediately, and the hallways are now much brighter. Today, I also noticed a maintenance worker vacuuming the hallways, which was great to see.
Thank you so much for listening to residents' concerns and taking action to improve the property. I truly appreciate the prompt response and the effort being made to make our community a better place to live."
