Testimonial Tuesday!

🏡 From thoughtfully designed floor plans to a caring team, this week’s spotlight proves that details make all the difference.

"The apartment building is very clean inside and cleaned by the team daily. I live on an end unit, so my experience has been that the building is very quiet, other than the mezzazine/lobby of the building."

Restaurants We Love 🏳️‍🌈🍽️

Kicking off June by celebrating Pride Month, and all month long we’ll be highlighting LGBTQ+ owned and allied restaurants across the DMV 🌈

First up is Annie's Paramount Steak House — a true DC institution that has been welcoming guests for generations and has long served as one of the city’s most beloved LGBTQ+ gathering spaces. Family-owned since 1948, Annie’s has become more than just a restaurant — it’s a landmark of community, inclusion, and comfort in the heart of Dupont Circle.

🍽️ What to order:
• Chopped Steak Delight — tender, flavorful, and one of the restaurant’s longtime favorites
• Southwest Grilled Chicken — a house specialty packed with pepper jack cheese and mushrooms
• Ice Cream Sundae — the perfect nostalgic ending to your meal

Whether you’re stopping in for brunch, dinner, or Pride celebrations with friends, Annie’s remains a cornerstone of DC’s LGBTQ+ community and restaurant scene.

Small Business Saturday 🥐

Closing out our AANPI Heritage Month spotlights, we’re highlighting Rose Ave Bakery in Washington, DC — the city’s first modern Asian American bakery.

Founded by Rosie Nguyen, who left a 10-year career as a pediatric nurse to pursue her dream bakery, Rose Ave became a reality in March 2020 — opening the very same week the world shut down due to the pandemic. Through perseverance, passion, and support from her growing team, Rosie transformed a small bakery counter into a beloved flagship café known for inventive pastries inspired by Asian flavors and culture.

Together with co-owner Paula Wang, Rose Ave continues to push the boundaries of what Asian American pastries can be. ✨

Laundry Hack you’ll thank yourself for later

After running a load, keep your washer door slightly open to help prevent moisture buildup and bad odors.

It’s a simple habit that keeps your machine fresher, cleaner, and ready for your next load, no musty smell included.

Small step. Big difference.
