Why not? Giving You 100% -- Our unique Community Captain program assigns a leasing consultant & maintenance technician to a section of the community to serve as customer service liaison. Residents build a relationship with their Community Captain & have a familiar face to turn to - from move in to move out & every day in between. This way we're always able to give you 100%! Renter Rewards -- In this program you can apply part of your lease payments to purchasing a new Van Metre Home! Eligible participants earn purchase credit equal to 100% of their monthly base rent, up to an amazing 3% of the total purchase price of a qualifying Van Metre Home.
