Introducing Z, our newest Pet of the Month! Z loves chasing his toy mice around the apartment and cuddling up next to people to warm herself up. She behaves just like a dog and loves sitting in the window people watching with her mom. She also loves to watch South Park!

We had an absolute blast last night at our Sip and Paint class. We were completely blown away by the amazingly talented paintings everyone created. Thank you so much to everyone who came out to participate and we cannot wait to host future art events!

It's always a great time celebrating National Hot Dog Day with the team. Complete with all the fixins' including red skin potato salad, chips, and some cold tea to cool down on this hot day! Get out there and take advantage of our amazing grill space amenities and grill yourself some hot dogs to celebrate too!

The leasing office will be closed this Saturday, 7/4, for Independence Day. We will reopen on Sunday at our normal time. We hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend and enjoys some of the amazing local firework shows!

Say hello to our new Pet of the Month: Dashy!! Dashy's parents summed it up best: she is a regal force in the household, possessing an elegance that demands respect and a confidence that says "I was never trained - I simply allow it." The crown is invisible, but the reign is absolute!
