We had the Master Stair Artist himself, Chuck Cregger working on our magnificent curved stairs this week. They are looking amazing! Basement tile and Interior Door installation started today.

Our Bedroom Custom Closet Designs are coming together quite nicely for our current Custom Home. For this home our Bedroom Closets are set up for family growth with multiple closet compartments at varying heights providing more usable and functional compartments as the years go by.
Our approach on Bedroom Closet Design for families eliminates the need for costly future closet renovations as the family grows. It ensures the closet remains practical and efficient throughout their developmental stages. Optimizing Storage and providing lower shelves and rods for easy access for young children, promoting independence, then having sufficient upper shelving, rods and storage as they get more and larger clothing. I can't wait to show everyone and the Owners the final product.

We love the progress of these curved floating stairs in our current very customized Home by Picasso. Our friends at Cregger Construction took our design and turned this staircase into a work of art. The progress is coming along really well and the next steps are to add the thick White Oak stair treads, install the beautiful horizontal cable railings and the one of a kind chandelier that will traverse down the center of the beautiful staircase. Stay tuned for more great features by Picasso Custom Builders.

Now that our current Custom Home is in drywall and about to go to first paint and flooring, we have been working with our client's talented designer on the basement bar area. The bar cabinets will be a black cabinet design layout with a beautiful Belvedere Marble slab on the back wall. The very creative clients would also like some live edge shelving between the flanking upper cabinets so we visited a tremendous place today, R-Home Furniture in Alexandria. This talented family owned business will create some black walnut shelves that we plan to float in front of the marble wall panel. We can't wait for everyone to see the finished set up, so stay tuned. A lot more to come from this amazing home. Very thankful.

Wow, what an amazing front door! Jaime and the guys installed the large Pivot Front Door yesterday at our new custom home. Since insulation and drywall is starting in the next month, they added a protective covering over the door until we need to stain it.

Just a couple of great design features is a curved Guest bathroom shower with a beautiful arched entry and the always amazing Toto toilet in the Powder Room.
