I’m seriously so bad at updating my social media🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ I have a good excuse this time though. For the entire month of July I didn’t close one deal. That’s right not one! Instead I enjoyed the summer with friends and family and it was wonderful! Not that I wasn’t busy, I was ridiculously busy but it was a good “balance” if that concept even exists. If it does I think it looks different for everyone and we all just do our best!
With that being said it’s time for some updates!

In the month of August I helped 8 clients/ families and closed 2.8 million in sales. Most were referrals from other agents and from our leads program and a few were my bread and butter, for sale by owners!

Total to date is 8.1 million closed with 2.2 million currently under contract! My goal that I set for myself at the beginning of the year was 10 million.

As the year winds down I can not express my heartfelt gratitude to all of my friends, family, clients who are now friends, and fellow agents for thinking of me and referring people to me for buying and selling needs. You are the reason I’m able to help so many people and do the job I absolutely adore doing! THANK YOU!

These sweet buyers came to one of my open houses on my own listing. B wasn’t so sure about using a realtor having had a prior not so good experience. Long story short for closing he made me this amazing sign for my front door and they both got me a few gifts as a thank you! I love being a realtor so much and my clients are the best!
