The real estate market has experienced significant activity over the past 30 days. 🤯
A notable example is a 7+ acre property that returned to the market after a full-price cash offer failed to materialize. This highlights that even cash deals can fall through. The project's costs ultimately exceeded the buyer's budget for the build side. 🏠
Meanwhile, another listing has undergone a price adjustment and is now available for its next buyer. Are you searching for a home on 5 acres? I can assist you. 🙌
One property is currently under contract, with easement details being finalized. All issues have been resolved, and we are waiting for the gas company to complete their documentation. Although the process is taking time, the buyer's agent and I have been working diligently. 💪🏻
