Friends and clients of Cody's closed on their home sale today in Orange City. It was a little bit of a commute for Cody, but he said the trip is worth it for good friends and good pizza! One of the most fun parts of my job is checking out really beautiful old homes!

I took a little road trip to show my clients this gem in Marengo, IA. The most interesting thing about this one is that it has an outdoor basement under the front porch connected to the main basement. 🤓
