From unexpected repairs to higher-than-expected utility bills, many buyers are surprised by the true cost of homeownership. That’s why I make sure my clients know what to expect—so they can move forward confidently and well-prepared.

My advice? Budget beyond the monthly payment, set aside an emergency fund, and know what to expect before you fall in love with a house.
