Melissa’s passion for real estate and helping others has brought her to Coldwell Banker where she can successfully service her clients with the best marketing tools. She understands the gravity and the excitement of the home buying and selling process, and is by her clients’ side to guide them every step of the way. Melissa is proud to call Fairfield home for the past 15 years. She and her husband enjoy sharing their family life in Greenfield Hill with their three young sons ages 8, 11 and 13 and their three dogs. Along with raising their family and pursuing her passion in real estate, Melissa also enjoys volunteering her time at Burr Elementary School where she is on the PTA Board, as well as volunteering with the wonderful organization Near & Far Aid. Melissa is a self proclaimed foodie, lover of all sports, and an avid health and fitness enthusiast. While attending the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Melissa was also a member of the Women’s Golf Team, and was Captain her senior year.
