This charmer was worth waiting for...

The buyers of this lovely Nichols neighborhood home were referrals from previous clients. These buyers were relocating from down south to be closer to their family here in CT. Like the clients that referred them, I truly looked forward to every single showing and meeting I had. Their kindness, humor, and all around high spirits even in a tough market were infectious. Although the market was competitive, this lovely property was worth the wait. It checked every single box they were looking for.

To add a cherry on top, I was able to work with the wonderful of .connecticut to bring this happy homeowner story to a close.

This beautiful University neighborhood home in Fairfield has found a new family and I can’t be more happy about it. I met my buyer clients two years ago, but they weren’t quite ready to buy at the time. However two years later they reached out and we hit the ground running. Sometimes you’re just lucky to work with great people...

My buyer clients were referred to me from previous (amazing) clients who I also helped relocate to Connecticut this past spring. I knew when I first spoke with them that they were going to be another amazing couple to work with. They knew what they were looking for, they were organized, had a plan, and were all around wonderful people. 

They flew up from TX one weekend and we spent two days looking at houses in multiple towns. They ultimately fell for this enchanting English cottage-style home in Weston. We put in an offer and it was accepted, even in a multiple offer situation. The best part was that we put together an amazing team of local experts to guide them through the process, and I got to work with the incredible Compass duo  and
