This charmer was worth waiting for...
The buyers of this lovely Nichols neighborhood home were referrals from previous clients. These buyers were relocating from down south to be closer to their family here in CT. Like the clients that referred them, I truly looked forward to every single showing and meeting I had. Their kindness, humor, and all around high spirits even in a tough market were infectious. Although the market was competitive, this lovely property was worth the wait. It checked every single box they were looking for.
