Kathleen is a full-time realtor with The Higgins Group and is dedicated to working with her clients. She combines this commitment with her 25 years experience as a sales and marketing professional to create a custom promotional program for each client. As a long term resident of Fairfield County, Kathleen is very familiar with the area. She is passionate about our environment and is accredited by the National Association of Realtors as a Green Designee and member of The Green Resource Council. In 2009 she built a high efficiency home using geothermal, Energy Star Certified materials and a passive solar home orientation recently featured in the April 2014 edition of Fairfield Magazine – she resides in this Southport home today. Kathleen’s experience as a sales and marketing executive and personal experiences have provided her with the business acumen and negotiation skills needed to help her clients achieve a positive outcome in the selling or buying of their home.
