Two story ADU happening in Berkeley!

Today is ADU tour day in Berkeley and we’ll be doing a panelized kit installation demo at the winery gathering in the afternoon around 3pm.

Thought I’d share a couple pics of one of the two story ADUs we’re building in Berkeley. This one is on a narrow deep lot that’s only 30’ wide, but they’re getting a 1000sqft 3br, 1.5ba unit!

We’ve got a great selection of one and two story plan options to meet just about any need.
