That feeling can be confusing because two things can be true at once...

You can appreciate the memories attached to your home and feel like it no longer fits your life the way you want it to.

✔️ Does your current home still support your lifestyle and daily routine?

✔️ Are you constantly wishing for different spaces, features, or a new location?

✔️ Have your needs changed since you first bought the home?

✔️ How much equity have you built in your current home?
