Another Successful acquisition! With the help of a new partner - Gatehouse, LLC and wonderful co-investors, we were able to acquire 3750 Westwind Blvd in Santa Rosa California. This 72,000 sf office and R&D facility is located close to the Santa Rosa Airport.
In addition to the acquisition we were able to lease 44,000 sf to a dynamic publicly traded company II-VI (II-VI.com) and extend a lease with WestAmerica bank for an additional 5 years.

A great start to the year! We were able to engineer a transaction in Rohnert Park that was the purchase, lease and Sale of a 79,000 square foot building. McNeill Real Estate Services acted as the buyer and seller of the project, Leased to Straus Family Creamery and then sold to Lowenberg Properties.

Beginning with the due diligence and purchase contract in August of 2019, Executing the lease in September and then entering into contract to sell the property in November.
