This one was a little more special. 🏡
JUST SOLD | 3136 Kingston Ave, Napa
Congratulations to one of my best friends on becoming a first-time homeowner!
We found a great home tucked into one of those hidden-gem Napa neighborhoods and moved quickly. We were able to get our offer accepted within the first few days on the market, before things had a chance to get too competitive.
There’s something pretty cool about handing the keys to a first-time buyer. It’s even better when that buyer happens to be one of your best friends.
Congrats on the new home, buddy. 🍾🔑
If buying a home in Napa is on your radar, sometimes getting the right house is less about waiting for the “perfect” opportunity and more about being ready when the right one shows up.
