This morning started with a flat tire.

Already dressed for work, schedule packed, places to be… and suddenly everything came to a stop.

My first reaction was frustration. Then I thought: maybe this delay is happening for a reason. Maybe I’m being slowed down from something I can’t see.

Life is like that sometimes. So is buying a home.

There will be setbacks, unexpected turns, and moments when things don’t go according to plan. But sometimes the detour is part of getting you where you’re supposed to be.

Trust your faith. Trust the process. And surround yourself with a tribe that will help you keep moving forward when things don’t go as planned.

A flat tire may change the schedule. It doesn’t have to ruin the journey. Thank you to some friends and our local community for coming to the rescue.
