Earlier this month we hosted our second annual Chocolate and Vine fundraiser with Fairfield Community Services Foundation on behalf of Inspiration Sports. We are incredibly thankful for the wineries* who donated and poured for our event and all who came to attend. Together we were able to raise over $20,000! This substantial amount will ensure that we are able to make numerous trips this year, reaching even more students and showing them the positive values that sports, and the public services departments can instill in all, and the possibilities for their futures.

We look forward to seeing you all again next year!

TRA is also responsible for project management and construction oversight of a new Petco store in Fairfield, CA. Once completed, Petco will relocate from their current location to their new and expanded suite next to Big 5 Sporting Goods store in the Fairfield Gateway Plaza Fairfield, CA. The new space is approximately 15,000 square feet incorporating Petco’s current proto-type uses including a vet clinic and grooming area. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of calendar year 2023, with a grand opening in early 2024.

Terra Realty Advisors, Inc. (TRA) has been actively engaged in managing the transformation of two commercial sites in Northern California. The Solano County Water Agency (SCWA) hired TRA as their development and project manager to negotiate the acquisition of a vacant office, and develop and oversee this expansion and relocation project from a cold-box shell space at 810 Vaca Valley Parkway in CA thru completion of all interior improvements for this office condominium. SCWA anticipates moving into their new 14,000 square foot space by the end of the 2023 calendar year.
