An asset utilization mortgage can allow qualifying assets, such as investments, retirement accounts, or other eligible funds, to be converted into a qualifying monthly income amount for mortgage purposes.

That can be a game changer for borrowers who have significant assets but may not have traditional monthly income that tells the whole story. 🙌
