Fairfield County’s most innovative Realtor® I am a proactive real estate agent that always thinks outside the box for my clients. I received News Acclaim recently for my use of Drone Technology

to set my properties apart from the competing agents and listings in my marketplace. Being able to shoot aerial photography

of each of my listings every day of the week at any time of day

is a huge value for my sellers! I have had another strong year continuing to separate

myself from the pack offering free construction advice

and a creative professional approach. I wake up every day the same way,

I think, "what can I do today to sell my clients properties? What outside the box idea

can I come up with to get more eyes on my listings today to make that deal?"

I believe my new value service of providing Aerial Drone Photography and Video

will be the wave of the future. I am implementing the technology first

in my respected marketplace of Fairfield County CT. I am sure others will follow because it is really cool concept but besides the daily

maintenance it takes one heck of a financial investment to get your own drone

off the ground.. My clients are afforded every convenience that any other agent can offer but they also are

afforded complimentary Aerial Drone Coverage

which saves them an average of $250-300 per flight.. On an average I shoot each of my homes at least 4 times which means my clients are

getting an additional value of $1000-$1200 when they hire me to sell their home! Check out the exciting news coverage that I have been receiving for my use of Technology!! FOX News CT 5 and 10 O'Clock News Sept. 21st, 2013

Bringing Old School Back LIVE Door Knocking Connecticut! 🏡

I Knocked Every Door on This New Canaan Street… Then THIS Happened 👀 | The House Detective goes hunting in Connecticut’s Most Expensive Towns! 🕵️‍♂️🏡

I drove to a street in New Canaan, Connecticut after spotting a dumpster outside a home. One door led to another… and another… until I knocked the entire street.

And then the case cracked wide open:

I actually met the owner of the very house I was trying to connect with.

No desk. No waiting for the phone to ring. No sitting around hoping the next listing finds me.

I went looking for it.

Welcome to Door Knocking Connecticut with Mark Pires, where I take the House Detective into the streets of Fairfield County to find the next client, the next conversation and the next listing.

This is real estate the old-fashioned way… with a modern-day detective twist. 🕵️‍♂️🚪

Discover Connecticut. Discover the streets. Discover the opportunity.

🕵️‍♂️ THE HOUSE DETECTIVE GOES DOOR KNOCKING… AND FINDS A BUYER! 🏡

Beautiful Friday afternoon in downtown Old Greenwich, CT… so naturally, the House Detective went to work. 🕵️‍♂️

I hit the streets, knocked doors, dropped off listing sheets for my newest $3.5M listing, talked real estate with homeowners, and had some GREAT conversations along the way.

Then I struck up a conversation with a gentleman sitting on a bench outside the bar…

Turns out his nephew is looking for a place. 👀🏡

THIS is why I door knock.

You never know where the next client, the next listing, or the next great real estate connection is going to come from.

Welcome to Door Knocking Connecticut with Mark Pires, The House Detective. 🕵️‍♂️
