One of the many perks of living at Fairfield Pointe is having access to not just one, but TWO pools all summer long! ☀️🏊‍♂️

That time of year is here, and our team is hard at work getting everything ready for pool season. We’re not only prepping both pools, but we’re also resurfacing the pool at the leasing office to make it even better for everyone to enjoy!

We’re just as excited as you are and can’t wait to kick off pool season together!

🎉 Today we celebrated our amazing maintenance tech, Austin’s birthday! 🎂 He enjoyed some delicious vanilla cake with the team as we took a moment to celebrate him.

In place of the usual treat photos, Austin chose to snap a picture with one of our favorite office visitors—one of our resident’s friendly dogs who loves to stop by! 🐶

We hope you had a fantastic birthday, Austin! 🎈

It is with mixed emotions that we announce our maintenance technician, Brodie, has left our team. He is relocating out of state to be closer to his family, and while we are sad to see him go, we are so happy for him as he begins this new chapter.

Brodie brought a positive attitude, a contagious laugh, and a strong willingness to learn and grow every single day. He has truly made an impact on our team and community, and he will be greatly missed.

We’re excited to see what the future holds for him and wish him nothing but the very best.

You will be missed, Brodie!

We had a great day celebrating with everyone who came out for our Reds Opening Day festivities! ⚾🌭

Residents enjoyed classic ballpark food, entered our raffle and coloring contest, and snapped some awesome photos at our backdrop while watching coverage of the parade and the game.

Adam previously worked with Fath Properties as a Maintenance Technician before leaving to gain additional experience managing a team. During that time, he developed valuable skills and leadership experience that will greatly benefit our community, residents, and staff.

This week we celebrated Austin’s 1-year work anniversary! Austin started as a Maintenance Technician in Training and, through hard work and dedication, learned so much and earned his way to Maintenance Tech Level 1.

We are incredibly proud of everything he has accomplished this past year and grateful to have him as part of our team. Congratulations, Austin—here’s to many more milestones ahead! 👏🔧
