🐾💦 We had a PAW-some Doggy Swim Day today at the Gilmore Pool! 🐶🏊‍♀️

It was a splashing success! We had plenty of our furry residents come out to make a big splash—playing in the pool, chasing toys, and having a dog-gone good time with their four-legged friends! 🐕🌊

There were wagging tails, wet noses, and plenty of paws-itively happy pups all around! 🐾❤️

We hope everyone had as much fun today as we did! It’s safe to say our pups really retrieved some great memories today! 😉🐶

Thanks to everyone who came out and made our Doggy Swim Day such a fetch-ing good time! 💦🐾

Today we say goodbye to our seasonal groundskeeper, Dale!

Dale joined us this summer looking for a summer job before heading back to school. From day one, he brought a smile to work every morning, a can-do attitude, and a dedication to quality that truly reflects the Fath Properties standard.

While we're sad to see him go, this isn't goodbye forever! Dale will still be helping us throughout the year on special projects, and we're excited to welcome him back next summer.

Thank you, Dale, for all of your hard work and for being such a great part of the Fairfield Pointe team. We wish you the best of luck this school year and can't wait to see you again soon!

We are both sad and incredibly proud to announce that our Assistant Property Manager, Mikayla, is moving on to an exciting new opportunity as the Property Manager at another community!

While we're going to miss her tremendously, we couldn't be happier for her. This is a well-deserved next step, and we know she's going to do an amazing job. That time of year is here, and our team is hard at work getting everything ready for pool season. We’re not only prepping both pools, but we’re also resurfacing the pool at the leasing office to make it even better for everyone to enjoy!

🎉 Today we celebrated our amazing maintenance tech, Austin’s birthday! 🎂 He enjoyed some delicious vanilla cake with the team as we took a moment to celebrate him.

In place of the usual treat photos, Austin chose to snap a picture with one of our favorite office visitors—one of our resident’s friendly dogs who loves to stop by! 🐶
