My client purchased this home on her own in 2021, and as her family began to grow, her housing needs shifted. We initially explored selling the home, but after careful thought and navigating through different options, she made the heartfelt decision to lease it out instead.

This decision wasn’t easy—it took time, heart, and a lot of intention. It was important to do what was truly best for my client, not just in the short term, but for her long-term goals. Welcome HOME, De Rosas’ family! 🏡

In the beginning of May, my childhood friend Ceddie reached out and told me that he and Sarah were ready to buy a home! " Ila was raised in the Bay Area, Vallejo to be exact. She currently resides in American Canyon and has been local to the Napa County for 20 years now. She first learned about Real Estate from her dad, who got his license back in the early 2000’s. Because he was a full time Registered Nurse who was trying to provide for a family of 6, he didn’t have the success he would’ve wanted in the real estate industry. This is where Ila’s inspiration stemmed from. Also coming from a big, diverse, family, she has the drive and desire to be of helping hands to all those around her.

She has a background in retail customer service, real estate media, and network marketing. Her experience in these careers carries into the real estate industry, having the knowledge to work with anyone and everyone. Communication is key when it comes to Ila and she will be there to guide you in the home buying and home selling process, through and through.
