You don’t go from 0 to 100 with out passing milestones. Milestone or chapters are metrics we create we use to celebrate your success! Maybe it’s meeting your goal or maybe it is being able to spend extra time with family and friends or maybe it is looking at the journey and being proud of your accomplishment. Expansion is about what are the next steps in your business. Do you start a team? Do you bring on junior associates. Hire 1 admin and then after hire 3 and so on. It’s growth, grit, and plain old hard work. Social Media has made expanding easy; but it hard. It’s full of No’s and fails. Those who succeed have 1 amazing skill gift- they know how to get back up every time they fall.

This is where we grow together. We are a partnership. We win together and share our lows. Sometimes we pull each other up on a rough day. Sometimes we support each other great growth. Together we build bridges, we grow, and we convert our goals into reality.

Entrepreneurship is so important to as one myself I can fairly say. It’s not for the faint of heart. Entrepreneurship requires enough self belief to begin. After beginning it is about the courage to act on an idea to go into business and bet on yourself. It is not a path for everyone, but it creates many freedoms to explore and grow. Some don’t consider themselves entrepreneurs in real estate but you are. You are starting a business. It can grow, expand, and can be sold. It has value. So for my real estate Entrepreneurs -I see you!

While this is a slower pace than even one month ago, serious buyers are still actively in the market, and they’re buying homes that are priced right. ⁠

The ARM is Back strong then ever!
Because ARMs offer a lower mortgage rate, there has been a steady increase in the share of ARM loans as mortgages rates have increased. For the month of May, the average share of ARM loans was up to 9.8 percent, compared with 3.9 percent one year ago. As all mortgage rates continue to increase, the share of ARM financing will likely increase.

As long as the ‘spread’ between ARMs and fixed-rate mortgages continues, more first-time home buyers may choose ARMs because the lower mortgage rate gives them a purchasing power ‘boost’ over the 30-year, fixed-mortgage rate.
