The Solano County housing market showed signs of cooling in July, with fewer homes selling and a noticeable decline in properties going under contract. At the same time, inventory increased, giving buyers more options. While sales activity softened, home prices remained relatively stable, with only modest declines in both average listing and sales prices. Homes are also taking slightly longer to sell, reflecting a more balanced and selective market.
