🏡 OFFER ACCEPTED! 🏡

Just a couple of weeks ago, one of my childhood neighbors reached out after her husband landed an exciting job closer to her family’s hometown. They were ready to make the move back home, and I was honored they trusted me to help them through such an exciting new chapter.

🥰 The best part? The very first house we toured together was the one. And the very first offer we submitted was accepted. 🙌

But that’s when the real work started: From there, everything moved fast.
The home inspection uncovered a few items that needed to be addressed, so I immediately got trusted professionals out to the property, gathered the information we needed, and got to work negotiating. There were many back-and-forth discussions, and problem-solving to get everyone on the same page—but that’s exactly where having the right Realtor matters.

People often see the “Offer Accepted” post, but they don’t always see everything happening behind the scenes.

🏡 UNDER AGREEMENT! 🏡

Some transactions happen overnight... and some require a little extra patience, perseverance, and trust in the process.

I first helped these wonderful clients purchase this home back in 2022 after it had been beautifully renovated from top to bottom. Fast forward a few years, and I had the privilege of helping them again—this time as sellers.

While this journey took a little longer than we originally anticipated, they never lost faith. I'm incredibly grateful for their patience, flexibility with countless showings, and trust that I would get the job done.

Real estate isn't always about the fastest sale—it's about finding the right buyer, negotiating the right terms, and staying committed until the finish line. That's exactly what we did.

✨ FINALLY UNDER CONTRACT ✨

This one was a journey — and proof that the right buyer always comes along at the right time.

After almost 4 months on the market, 25+ showings, countless conversations, strategic marketing, patience, persistence, and a whole lot of faith… we are officially UNDER CONTRACT.

Not all sales are easy and I definitely worked for this one.
