SOLD ❄️ From blizzards to closing day… this one was a journey.
This sale began in the middle of two winter storms — with setbacks, delays, and moments that would have made most people pause.
But she didn’t.
She trusted the process. She stayed the course. And through every challenge — even an unexpected emergency just days before closing — she kept the faith that preparation would pay off.
And it did.
This wasn’t just a home… it was her sanctuary. 🌸
A place she lovingly created for years — gardens blooming, birds visiting daily, nature all around.
Her biggest concern?
That the next owner wouldn’t appreciate it the same way.
Then, at the final walk-through, the buyer said:
“I feel like I’m buying Snow White’s house.”

The moment she knew she found the right person.
As she left, it felt like her hummingbirds, chickadees, blue jays — even the bunnies — were there to say goodbye 🐦🐇
