Today is an extra special Closing Day!

Three months ago friends of ours found out they would be relocating for work from Richmond, VA to the Berkshires. They needed to buy a new home in an unfamiliar place as soon as possible.

So we planned a weekend trip to meet in the Berkshires and show them some properties. The last weekend in April (5 weeks ago!) we packed up as a family and went to the Berkshires for a work trip/family vacation/reunion with old friends.

We saw many properties over the course of three days, making sure they could see everything they hoped to without being too overwhelmed.

By that Sunday we submitted an offer on their top choice, and in just two days it was accepted!

It makes us so happy to have been able to help our friends find and purchase a beautiful family home, and to ease their transition into the next phase of their life.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Becoming a mother this past year has been equal parts challenging and rewarding. It’s an incredible honor to be a mom. I’m grateful for all the moms in my community who offer advise and “mom life hacks”.
