Celebratory dinner for the sell of a house that I spent the night in when I was a kid and my friend’s parents trusted me to help them find the right neighbors to live next to their daughter ❤️
I went to Zoning meetings and City meetings to anex an acre from county to city in an oasis lot within subdivisions that have developed around it over the last few decades with all kinds of easements for the title company to figure out.
BUT we did it 🙌
WHY? Because the sellers and the buyers are amazing people who were willing to work together,
because I have the most amazing mentor in Mark Martin who teamed up with me to make sure we did the best job for our clients,
and because Alabama Land Title figured everything out so moving forward everyone will feel confident in their future transactions.
I love my job because I will be forever learning!

Y’all, Bay Minette is such a surprising hidden gem to me. This home I’ve had the privilege to list is on a 0.5 acre lot, has 2 bed/1 bath, with a coffered ceiling in the living room and all the ceilings are 10+ feet high! There’s a separate dining room and a really big kitchen…oh but the porches! Read this article about Kitchen Remolding Decisions this morning and wanted to pass it along. I don't know if I would incorporate everything (for example, I might would go with waterproof engineered hardwood over traditional in the kitchen), but it definitely gives you some ideas to consider if you are currently redesigning your kitchen 😉

My friend, Candi McKean, did too good of a job with the hard work she put into preparing and promoting this beautiful home, that it was sold before the open house we had planned for Sunday. I still can’t help showing this amazing home anyway. We are so fortunate to live in such a wonderful place ❤️

Today is starting out positive in so many ways!
1. The sun is finally out
2. By being a realtor with Roberts Brothers and also a health coach, I can work outside on this beautiful day
3. My head cold is finally gone
4. I have coffee and a bar to enjoy so I know I’m getting all the vitamins and nutrients I need for the next few hours while also getting my caffeine fix 😅
5. I just saw a person I love up at the Page and Palette...a blessing of living in a small town
