Did you know I have experience CLOSING transactions for USDA & VA loans & helping people out of foreclosure?!
My job is rewarding in many ways. I am always grateful to help someone get in their dream home or become a homeowner when they didn't think it was possible.
In this case pictured, it was all smiles but sometimes it's not a joyous experience. Sometimes people have lost a loved one or their dream and need to downsize or liquidate, or circumstances change and they can't afford their home and become behind on payments.

Some prepare for years to become home owners. I will stick with you through the whole process. Once we start shopping, I give you advice to vet the places properly, negotiate on your behalf to save you thousands of dollars and to get additional coverage for you in your new home. Then I coordinate your timeline for inspections, etc. to lift the burden and get you to the closing table as soon as possible with the least liability possible.
