This one was tricky and simultaneously straight forward.

And it’s not Deja vu.

I had investor clients that purchased this house in February and decided that this could be an opportunity to give someone some equity in today’s market.

We put it out there for 2 weeks and someone took the chance and came to the table. The buyers get to mold this home into what they want.
