Today's adventure took me to a home inspection on a brand-new construction home in Spanish Fort! 🚧🏠

Yes... you read that right. Even brand-new homes should be inspected! 👷‍♂️✔️

While this home is absolutely beautiful and my buyers are going to love it, a home inspection is one of the most important steps in the buying process. Even new construction can have items that need to be corrected before closing.

That's why I always recommend a professional home inspection. It's another layer of protection that helps ensure my clients are making a confident and informed investment.

Next up? We'll review the inspection report and work with the builder to address a few items before my buyers get the keys to their beautiful new home. 🔑✨
