Colin McBrearty, Realtor with Ashurst & Niemeyer I feel very fortunate to be a Realtor in Fairhope. I’m excited to be entering my 10th year in RE a I was born and raised in Fairhope, AL.

After graduating from Fairhope High School, I made my way to Oxford, MS where I earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate with a minor in Business Management from Ole Miss in 2010. After spending a year working for a property and construction management company in Jackson Hole, WY, I moved to Nashville, TN to continue my real estate career. I worked as an agent with a large independent firm for the next four

years. My favorite aspect of the Real Estate profession is seeing the joy received by clients when all desired requests for their dream home have been met. My new wife, Melanie, and I have recently relocated from Nashville to start our life together in Fairhope. I'm thrilled to be back in Baldwin County and I look forward to the future with Ashurst & Niemeyer.
