CLOSED in Foley!

Another one across the finish line!

These clients reached out looking for their next short-term rental investment, so we got to work. We toured around 10 different properties, wrote an offer on one that didn’t come together, and kept looking until we found the one they wanted.

Once we found it, things moved quickly — from under contract to closed in less than a month.

Really enjoyed helping these clients add another property to their portfolio and excited to see what they do with this one!

CLOSED in Daphne!

This one is a special one.

These clients were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. We spent a while looking at several homes, wrote an offer on one that didn’t work out, and kept searching until we found the one that felt right.

There were a few bumps in the road along the way, but we stuck with it, worked through them, and today they officially closed on their first home.

Couldn’t be happier for them and grateful they trusted me to help them through the process. Congratulations to these new homeowners!

Thanks to Josh Milam with DR Horton for helping us through this process on the listing side!

Under Contract!

Really excited for my buyers as we take another step toward closing on their first home!

We looked at 10+ houses over the last couple of weeks, put in an offer on one that just wasn't meant to be, and stayed patient. In the end, we found a home with the location they wanted, a layout they loved, and a backyard their dogs are going to have a blast in. Even better, we were able to beat out another offer to get it under contract.

Grateful they trusted me to help guide them through the process. Now let's get this one to the closing table!

Whats been moving on the Eastern Shore over the last 30 days?

I put together a list showing the homes that have sold for under $400,000 so far this month.

It gives you a better look at what’s actually selling locally, how quickly homes are moving, and what buyers are paying—not just what you see in the headlines.

If you’re curious about a certain neighborhood or want to know what your home could realistically sell for, feel free to reach out.
