Something exciting is happening right here in Medina.

Construction is officially underway at The Retreat at Cobblestone. Homes are going up, our model home is under construction, and community amenities are on the way.

Phase 1 — Design: You work with our Design Lead to choose your floor plan, finishes, courtyard layout, and details. Every decision is guided. Nothing happens alone.

Phase 2 — Construction: Your Project Manager leads the build and keeps you informed at every stage. You always know what's happening and what's next.

Phase 3 — Move-In: A final walkthrough, your keys, and a 90-day warranty period so you're fully supported as you settle in.

That's it. No guesswork and no overwhelm. Just a guided process from contract to community.
