Welcome to our page! We are happy to have you join us on this new adventure. We hope to be able to help you, your family, and friends realize their real estate dreams.
We came into real estate by way of investing in rehabs and rental properties over 15 years ago. We then moved into private lending and partnering with other real estate investors on their rehab projects. We keep evolving with our business and recently decided to take a turn into the Realtor realm after we retired from the U.S. Marine Corps (and took a couple years off!)
We joined forces with Coldwell Banker, Chris in 2018 and Tammy in 2019, and they have been a great resource to get our team moving in the right direction. The knowledge and experience of the #1 real estate brand is definitely something you want in your corner...Not to mention us too!
