Recently, Silvi Materials donated 25 tons of mason sand to .strides.mustangs to support the restoration of their mustang pens following a difficult winter season.

Wild Strides is dedicated to helping rescued American Mustangs through training, rehabilitation, and adoption, giving these incredible horses the opportunity to thrive and find permanent homes.

Still thinking about an unforgettable day at the Silvi Foundation’s Touch-A-Truck event on May 16! 🚛

Thanks to the incredible support of our employees, partners, customers, and community, we welcomed more than 1,000 attendees and raised more than $30,000 to support the Silvi Foundation’s mission of advancing research and care related to neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s, dementia, ALS, and Parkinson’s.

From more than 30 awesome trucks, vehicles, and pieces of equipment, to appearances from Gritty, Swoop, and the Phillie Phanatic, to two epic candy drops from a bucket truck, it was a day to remember.

We’re grateful for all who helped make this event such a success!

Students had the opportunity to explore the site, examine material from the quarry, and learn more about the geological characteristics that make the area unique.

Back in November, we supplied 8,000 cubic yards of roller-compacted concrete for the exterior paving of a Link Logistics warehouse. The job was completed by Rabine Compacted Concrete in just 14 days.
