We are pumped for the upcoming fall season! In the town of Fairplay/South Park, there are so many businesses that have recently opened and some who, have been there for generations. There have festivals, live bands and so much that you can't imagine. Highway 285 has completed a large section of the bridge/infrastructure and there are beautiful homes for sale in the area that are actually not so out of the ballpark as you might imagine. The water is natural Rocky Mountain alkalized and from aquifers deep into the earth.
Our place in particular was hit by a horrible storm and insurance, did not cover it. So, we were forced to repair and renovate on a recourse loan (those suck!) and while we love this place so much, it is time to look at multi-family investing. Our plan to develop this land is on pause, until we have the right opportunity to provide the nearby community an opportunity to reside in affordable housing. It is one of our C Goals. It will happen in time.
Please contact us for more info on the multi-family investing through our separate investment firm. Inquire within, we are accepting applications.

The family has been keeping Clyde’s medical status private. I just got off the phone with him & he said, “Tell anyone you want as the public should know that I will not give up no matter what. Even if I have to have 1,000 of them to survive.”
He’ having a lung procedure done this week and that’ll be his 6th since Vegas. 😞 This is his next attempt to survive. He has, “salt water in his lungs.” He further had me take notes and explained his specific loose ends…

His medical bills are in the millions folks. He’s had to dip into reserves to keep that going and to take care of his family. He has not worked or had steady revenue from his business efforts in nearly 8 months. If there is anything you can do, please donate to assist to relieve pressure. We need positive vibes and community for him. So big him! If you have his number, do not hesitate to call, text and send your love. Life is too short and he’s been through so much in the last year, but his life is a legacy. Don’t wait… Just to listen to his stories of all his experiences is a treasure.

And refuses to give up…

Aloha, on behalf of the Aikau Ohana we would like to ask for your help to cover… Aikau Ohana needs your support for Help Uncle Clyde Aikau with Medical Bills

We work hard to maintain this sanctuary.
It’s here for your enjoyment and relaxation.
It’s that time of year for the refresh. Out with the old and in with new rugs and other comforts like a new/additional workstation in the loft with a view of Silver Heels mountain . Book your getaway and mention, “I saw this on Facebook,” for an additional discount.
