Very clean and good condition 2784 Square Foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with 2 levels and an attached 2 car garage that is not easy to find in our mountain community. Large family room with a pellet stove, living room has a gas fireplace, bonus room could be used as an office or workout room. W/D hookups and a lot of storage throughout the house. There is a storage shed and a small green house that could be used. This property is located in a gated community with private fishing, miles of hiking trails exclusive to the community and National Forest access just a mile away Moose, elk, deer, pronghorn routinely visit this area creating abundant wildlife viewing as you can unwind and relax in your mountain home. This property does accept pets with additional deposit and a $25 mo. pet rent. 1st month and deposit equal to one month rent due upon acceptance of the applicant. 12mo lease is preferred. Rent $2550 mo.
