Weโre pleased to welcome Allan B. Pintner as Senior Advisor across Green Harvest Capitalโs three verticals.
Allan formally joined the GHC family in November as Principal Broker for GHCL, Properties, Inc., a newly licensed real estate brokerage in the state of Ohio. In his position as Senior Advisor, weโre excited to expand his involvement across the three verticals of GHC's broader platform.
With decades of experience spanning brokerage, development, property management, compliance, and advisory work, Allan brings a rare combination of technical rigor and real-world operating insight. His background includes senior leadership roles overseeing tens of thousands of multifamily units, serving as an ownerโs representative on major development projects, and advising public, private, and nonprofit organizations on housing strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
In his role as Senior Advisor, Allan will work closely with leadership across all three verticals through periodic touchpoints, helping inform decision-making, provide strategic perspective, and support thoughtful growth across the platform.
