We’re pleased to welcome Allan B. Pintner as Senior Advisor across Green Harvest Capital’s three verticals.

Allan formally joined the GHC family in November as Principal Broker for GHCL, Properties, Inc., a newly licensed real estate brokerage in the state of Ohio. In his position as Senior Advisor, we’re excited to expand his involvement across the three verticals of GHC's broader platform.

With decades of experience spanning brokerage, development, property management, compliance, and advisory work, Allan brings a rare combination of technical rigor and real-world operating insight. His background includes senior leadership roles overseeing tens of thousands of multifamily units, serving as an owner’s representative on major development projects, and advising public, private, and nonprofit organizations on housing strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance.

In his role as Senior Advisor, Allan will work closely with leadership across all three verticals through periodic touchpoints, helping inform decision-making, provide strategic perspective, and support thoughtful growth across the platform.

Big news at GHC Industries.

We’re excited to welcome Jack T. Diamond as the new 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 & 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 at GHC Industries.

Jack is one of the nation’s leading healthcare strategists and legal minds and currently serves as CEO of Brennan Manna Diamond (BMD), Akron’s largest law firm. Over his career, he has helped design and lead hundreds of global healthcare projects, from full hospital campuses to clinical centers of excellence, surgery centers, PHOs, and HMOs. He also co-founded the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section, shaping how healthcare law is practiced nationwide.

Hospitals turn to Jack when they need a creative solution to their hardest problems.

He joins GHC Industries at a critical moment for health systems navigating reimbursement pressures, workforce shortages, and increasing complexity. Jack’s depth in regulatory strategy, virtual care, and health system design will play a major role in advancing our rapidly expanding healthcare platform across Re-Sources, Medical Equipment Source, and Vitalchat.

A Reflection from the 2025 Cleveland Summit: The Wealth Management Conversation

It’s been a couple weeks since The 2025 Cleveland Summit, and one discussion that continues to come up in follow-up calls and emails is the wealth management panel led by Bhavin Patel, joined by Lewis Baker, and Brandon Bruckman.

The conversation was forward-looking, candid, and, in many ways, a perfect snapshot of how investors are thinking as we approach 2026.

One message in particular stood out and continues to resonate:

A few themes that continue to surface as we reflect on that session:
• Durability and yield are driving portfolio decisions, not speculation
• Tax strategy and long-term planning are pushing more investors toward hard assets
• Amid national volatility, the Midwest remains a place where consistency still wins
• Investors are prioritizing value preservation, defensibility, and long-term positioning

Even a couple weeks later, the energy from that conversation is still carrying forward.

A new chapter begins.

Green Harvest Capital is proud to announce the launch of Project Beacon, our newest multifamily acquisition and the first asset under our expanded Thesis 2 strategy.

For the past seven years, Thesis 1 (our focused approach to Class C workforce housing) generated strong outcomes across Northeast Ohio and helped us build deep operational expertise, local scale, and a portfolio we’re extremely proud of.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆.
Thesis 2 expands our focus into newer multifamily assets in markets where we see long-term fundamentals, real demand drivers, and meaningful opportunities to operate more thoughtfully.

This launch also reflects something important about GHC’s growth: we’re building on a foundation that works, while leaning into what comes next.
