Does anyone else ever think real estate is the most ridiculous game ever?? I mean... a contract is pointless... people can do whatever they want...

I'm just saying it out loud.

They are even written to the point of ridiculousness anymore.... They are going to give me earnest money.... but they can pay $100 to get out of the contract??? What.is.the.earnest.money.for???

I seriously don't know whether to laugh or cry...

And.BTW.you.spelled.my.name.wrong…. on line ONE of the contract.... but let me sign that amendment for you... oh, yes real estate agent that has been my agent for over TWENTY years.... 😭😤🤬🧐😂

We did a short-term lease on this one, then did some remodeling. So, my favorite house is for sale again! New ceramic tile and paint throughout the house. New carpet waiting on buyer to pick their color and we will have it in before closing!

Maybe it is just my wish to keep it that keeps delaying sale! We are moving onto some new projects, so this time we are def selling! We had three showings today, so if you know someone ready to buy in a great area of McKinney - tell them to hurry and catch this one!

Current pic of my fav house in McKinney. Renters moved out Friday. We need to paint and replace carpet.... Already have had two offers site unseen and have to show today. I knew it would go fast. And so far, they all want it as is, to do paint and carpet themselves. Goodbye favorite house. 😂. Just have to find another!

Finally selling my favorite house in McKinney, TX ~ sooo wanted to keep this one forever.... I custom built it ~ picked out every last detail, down to the tile and grout! I built this right before the 'crash' in 2007/08.... and made it through with about seven brand new houses..... Now the value has gone up ~ it doesn't make any sense but to sell it. :-(
