Big news for Middle Tennessee buyers and sellers.
Starting June 1, Zillow will no longer have access to Realtracs MLS data. That means listings in our market won't appear on Zillow.com, not because they aren't available, but because Zillow refused to comply with a rule designed to protect your right as a seller to decide how your own home is marketed.
Homes.com, Realtor.com, Redfin, and every other major platform agreed to the new rules. Zillow didn't.
If you're searching for a home in Middle Tennessee and you're relying on Zillow, you're about to be working with an incomplete picture of the market. The best way to make sure you're seeing everything that's actually available is to work directly with a local agent who has real-time MLS access.
If you're selling, your exposure on the platforms that matter most is unchanged. And if Zillow specifically is important to you, we can still get your listing there through a separate process — just ask us.
