Here’s the part I want everyone to know:

🎟️ These are NOT free tickets.
🎟️ I personally purchase them.
🎟️ They have to be purchased in groups of 10 for a very small REALTOR discount.
🎟️ I always purchase TWO SETS and run contests the week before the Parade starts.

Once I give those tickets away… THAT’S IT. THEY’RE GONE.

I truly feel bad when someone reaches out and I have to say, “Sorry, I don’t have any more tickets.” 💔 But once the contests are finished, I simply don’t have any left to give away.

🚚🏡 MOVING DAY!!! 💃💃💃💃💃

The past couple of weeks have been a GREAT reminder that in real estate, there is no such thing as “standard.” 😂

Every transaction has its own personality… and apparently, sometimes that personality is “WE DON’T DO ELECTRONICS.” 🤣

Diana & Tom are new to Falcon and proudly admit they do NOT do electronics. Me: “That’s fine. It’s all fine.” 😝

We made it work! Thank goodness their daughter was a rock star❣️❣️. And luckily, I had enough printer paper and ink to personally keep Kinkos (80's reference) in business. 🖨️😂

Then there’s Felisha Coblentz & Mike, who are MOVING BACK TO FALCON! ❤️

They picked their new home way back at the beginning of the year. The only problem? Their exit home decided it needed a little more time on the market😫 like many.

Six months later… the new house was STILL waiting for them, and their RV was ready to kick them out😝. 🏡⏳

And FINALLY… MOVING DAY!!! 🎉📦🚚
