Summer is right around the corner, and your home needs some attention before it hits. Here's what to knock out this month

✅ Service AC before summer peaks: the last thing you want is for it to break on the hottest day of the year.
✅ Check irrigation system for clogs: your lawn needs water, make sure it's actually getting it.
✅ Power wash driveway and walkways: a little cleanup goes a long way for curb appeal
✅ Trim shrubs away from the house: overgrowth can cause moisture buildup and pest problems you don't want
